1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

1 for $10.00;
3 for $20.00;
10 for $50.00

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: October 31, 2024 at 3:00:00 PM CST

Draw
50/50 draw: October 31, 2024 at 4:00:00 PM CST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at SPCA Swift Current, 2101 Knight Crescent, Swift Current, S9H 3X3

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://spcaswiftcurrent.rafflenexus.com/winners on October 31, 2024.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the SPCA Swift Current.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the SPCA Swift Current or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

SPCA Swift Current does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: scspcafundraiser@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other

Please email our team at scspcafundraiser@gmail.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
